Social Actions:

✓ Birthday reward (triggered in Panel)

2. Purchase Rewards

Earn 5 Miles per $1 spent on NIU products at shop.niu.com

NIU Miles credit instantly when logged in with store-registered email

3. Referral Program

Requirements for 2,000 Miles:

Referee clicks your link → Creates valid account

Same referee completes first purchase using discount code

Referee Benefit: $20 off first order

Members can earn NIU Miles only when:
(i) a referee clicks on their referral link and creates a valid NIU account, and(ii) the same referee completes a Qualifying Purchase.
Upon fulfillment of both conditions, the referrer will earn 2000 Miles.

Step-by-Step Process:

2. Access Rewards

Go to: Rewards Panel > Ways to Redeem

View available rewards & required Miles

3. Redeem & Apply

Select reward → Click "Redeem"

Instantly receive coupon code with:
✓ "Apply Code" button (auto-applies at checkout)
✓ Email copy + storage under Rewards Panel > Your Rewards

❓ "I redeemed by mistake!"

Contact Customer Support to:

Cancel coupon & Refund Miles

1. Add Your Birthday

Log in → Go to: Rewards Panel > Ways to Earn

Enter birth date (Support cannot add/change this)

2. Receive Reward

Points auto-credit on your next birthday

Example:

Add birthday on June 1, 2024 → Points arrive June 1, 2025

Note: In case, you enter the wrong date, you can click 'Edit date' again in the panel to enter the correct one. You won't be rewarded on your birthday this year if you enter a date that is in the next 30 days. You will be rewarded the following year on that date.

*Accidentally redeemed a reward, OR

*Want to save points for a larger discount, please contact our support team immediately.

Process:

1. Reach out to Customer Support

2. Request points refund for the redeemed reward

3. If approved:
✓ Points will be returned to your account
